Implementation 1: Landing Page & Booking System

In contrast to the previous page, our implementation offers a more attractive and direct booking access for the seminars.

  • Instead of an email notification, the booking form data directly flows into the management platform
  • We created targeted Google Ads for real estate experts, enhancing flyer campaigns
  • The system automatically records and links the origin (Google Ads, external Websites, Flyer) with each registration

Implementation 2: Individual Seminar and Participant Overview

  • Each seminar's dashboard helped tracking sign-ups, payments, and attendance for organizers
  • We automated emails for secure access, reminders, and efficient information sharing

Implementation 3: Seminar Calendar Planning Tool

  • Our tool made scheduling seminars easy by showing speaker and room availability
  • We used an easy planning tool, aligning seminars with calendars smoothly
